Alamo handgun academy is located in Gatesville Texas. Bernie J McKiernan is a retired NYPD officer of 20 years and DPS licensed instructor. He also holds an FFL license to buy, sell, and transfer ownership of firearms. Mr. McKiernan spent 14 years in the Army and achieved the rank of Sergeant First Class. Mr. McKiernan holds certifications in the following:
